All active employees of active SimpleHR clients may register for a mySimpleHR account for easy access to paycheck stubs, W2s and payroll information. If you provided an email address on your New Hire packet, you will receive a registration link via email. Otherwise, follow the directions below to register for the mySimpleHR login when you receive your first paycheck.
How to register:
Employee Not Found? If you receive an Employee Not Found message during registration, double check the information you entered. If it is accurate, contact the SimpleHR Human Resources Department to update your information on file. Do You Work for Multiple SimpleHR Clients? If you are actively employed by multiple SimpleHR clients, you may use one account to access all work locations. When you complete registration for multiple locations be sure to use the same email address and password for all locations. These will be tied together into one account for your use. To switch between locations, click the profile button that shows your initials on the top right side of the screen and choose the location you wish to access.
The mySimpleHR portal provides easy, convenient, secure, 24-hour access for employees to obtain paycheck stubs and other reports and payroll information. In addition to check stubs employees can access wage statements, view vacation time balances, payroll deductions and other useful payroll information.
The mySimpleHR portal is available for all active employees of current SimpleHR clients. To use the site, you will need to register your username and password. For your protection, all requests require verification of your identity before being processed.
Choose the appropriate option to view your information. To view a paycheck stub, select the View Pay Statement link or for prior paychecks, select Payroll History. Pay stubs can be printed or downloaded. The menu on the left side of the screen may also be used to access certain options. To view the site in a different language, choose the translate option in your browser. Options shown on the page will vary depending upon the services in use by your work location.
